Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Guwor, Speaker, Delta State House of Assembly

“Your tenure as Speaker, DTHA, has been exceptional not only for the way you have steered the Legislature to work in harmony with the other arms of Government to deliver the MORE Agenda and good governance to Deltans, but most importantly in your passion and commitment to promote and support people oriented, human interest bills and motions, both for the people and the oil producing communities of our dear state, and indeed for all Deltans and Delta State.
“You have been a major beacon of inspiration for our youths and people and have made us, your kinsmen proud of you, with the maturity, administrative acumen, astute ingenuity, firm but admirable simplicity with which you have carried members of the Legislature along and the brilliant creativity you have brought to bear of you position since you assumed the office of the number one legislature in Delta State.
It is little wonder that your outstanding strides have been recognized nationally when you were elected Chairman of the Conference of Speakers of State Legislatures in Nigeria, amongst other laurels you have garnerd over the years.
As you celebrate your special day this year, I wish you many more years of joy and laughter, God’s Grace and guidance, divine protection and wisdom and blessings that will enrich your life, grant you more successes and lift you from glory to more glory as you continue to serve our dear Delta State, Nigeria and humanity.
