Delta State Commissioner for Special Duties (Government House), Dr. Ifeanyi Osuoza, has congratulated the Chairman, Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ, Delta State Council, Comrade Churchill Oyowe, on the joyous occasion of his birthday.
