ADC RIVER STATE ON A OPERATION RESCUE RIVERS 5, 000 VICTORY WALK: A HISTORIC SHOW OF YOUTH UNITY AND PURPOSE
The ADC Rivers State Youth Wing proudly announces the successful conclusion of the 5,000 Man Rescue Rivers Victory Walk, a historic and peaceful solidarity march that has once again demonstrated the collective strength, maturity, and determination of the youths of Rivers State.
For the first time in the history of politics in our state, young people came together not only in numbers but in shared responsibility, contributing financially and organizationally to make this march a reality. This remarkable effort reflects a new political consciousness among the youths one driven by unity, accountability, and the desire for a better Rivers State.
The Rescue Rivers march sent a clear and resounding message across the state. The youths of Rivers State are saying no to bad governance, no to unemployment and lack of opportunities, and no to electoral malpractice. We are demanding a system that works for the people and a future that guarantees fairness, transparency, and inclusive development.
This movement also affirms that the youths of Rivers State are no longer waiting for tomorrow. We are leaders of today capable, prepared, and mature enough to occupy electoral and leadership positions when given the opportunity. Our participation in governance is not a request but a necessity for sustainable progress.

We extend special appreciation to all committed youths of the ADC who came out in large numbers and contributed financially to the success of this march. Your sacrifice and dedication made this achievement possible. We also commend all executives of the ADC Rivers State Youth Wing, the LGA coordinators, ward coordinators and their executives across the 23 Local Government Areas, as well as the Rivers East, Rivers South East, and Rivers West Youth Wing Coordinators for their tireless mobilization and leadership.
Our gratitude also goes to the leadership of our great party, the African Democratic Congress, for their unwavering support from the State Chairman, Chief Amb. Leader Sampson, to the Woman Leader, Rt. Hon. Irene K. Jumbo; the ADC House of Assembly Candidate for Khana Constituency 2, Barr. Juliet; the House of Assembly Member representing Ahoada East Constituency 2, Engr. Joram; all ADC youth leaders, and our respected leaders whose encouragement and guidance strengthened this movement.

The success of the 5,000 Man March stands as proof that when youths unite with purpose, positive change becomes inevitable. The Rescue Rivers movement has begun, and together we will continue to work towards a Rivers State that works for all.
Signed,
