From the blueprint to the finishing touches, MCC is proud to showcase the nearing completion of the Rivers State House of Assembly Complex and the Neuropsychiatric hospital Rumuigbo.
MCC is proud to confirm that these projects are wholly owned and fully funded by the Rivers State government and it is the Government that’s doing the work.
Governor Siminalayi Fubara’s administration initiated and is executing these projects. The state government has complete ownership of the projects and we want to express our gratitude and appreciation to His Excellency and the entire machinery of the state Government for finding us worthy and reposing full confidence in our capacity and ability to deliver these quality projects, which will enhance the quality of governance to Rivers State and cater for the medical needs of Rivers people.
It is also important to clarify that the General Hospital is not in the Assembly complex. The General Hospital is located in the premises of the Neuro Psychiatric hospital, Rimuigbo and has been designed to serve as an additional hospital facility which is being constructed by the Rivers State government, to provide a standardized, functional and operational alternative to cater for the medical needs of Rivers people and cushion the stress of going to the University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital, UPTH or the Braithwaite Memorial Hospital, BMH.
These aren’t just buildings; they are a masterclass in modern civil engineering and a symbol of institutional restoration.
As we prepare to hand over this world-class legislative hub, and health facility, we are delivering:
- Precision Engineering: Built to the highest international standards.
- Modern Functionality: 34 state-of-the-art ensuite offices and a grand legislative chamber.
- Architectural Excellence
At MCC, we don’t just meet deadlines; we exceed expectations. The countdown to the commissioning is on!
This isn’t just a building; it’s a master-class in modern civil engineering and a symbol of institutional restoration.
