Delta State Commissioner for Special Duties (Government House), Dr ifeanyi Osuoza, has congratulated Professor Samuel Ovuete Aghalino and Professor Eric Chiedum Eboh on their well-deserved appointments as substantive Vice Chancellors of Dennis Osadebay University, Asaba and University of Delta, Agbor, respectively.
